In order to expand its promotion of the activity and the regional natural heritage, Diam Bouchage, whose head office is based in Ceret (66), has committed to a sponsorship initiative for the Cork Museum in Maureillas-Las-Illas, a unifying element for the profession which every year welcomes 5,000 visitors, and thus the creation of a new environment linking the production of cork and viticulture.
The aim of this new centre, inaugurated the 19th June in the presence of the Mayor of Maureillas-Las-Illas, is to show how modern techniques have made the cork stopper a valuable oenological tool and the best sealing solution for quality wines.
