Diam Bouchage has expanded its range in order to provide producers with closures that are best adapted to their wines. In the knowledge that each wine has its particular gas exchange requirements, Diam provides two levels of permeability for its Diam 1, 3 and 5 closures.
Beyond the specific mechanical properties, wine producers may now choose their closures according to the permeability level that will best suit the gas exchange requirements of their wine.
Diam Bouchage has developed its own method for measuring these different levels of permeability which is perfectly standardized and probably the quickest method on the market today: three patents are pending.

With Diam, closing the bottle is a wine-making act in itself and one that ensures the controlled development of the bottled wine.
