Following the success of the tasting of fine Diam sealed wines that we organised last year for our South African customers, we decided this year to reunite them all for a convivial lunch to present Diam 30. Fine French wines were accompanied by a menu specially created for the occasion by the head chef at the NOOP restaurant. The guests could appreciate the fine wines that have already placed their confidence in DIAM 30 for the wine aroma evolution during cellaring.
This product, specially developed for laying-down wines and launched at the end of 2013, offers vintage wines optimum and safe cellaring conditions and complements the Diam range, which provides corking solutions adapted to the needs of each wine in terms of oxygen transfer and resistance over time.
