Inauguration in Santiago de Chile

At the end of October, our distributor in Chile, Altasur, opened the doors to its brand new DIAM cork finishing unit in Santiago. A special reception was held to mark the occasion and around a hundred guests (employees and clients) were present to celebrate inauguration of the site. Bruno de Saizieu, commercial and marketing director from Diam Bouchage, was of course present to celebrate this new opening!  

Spanning a total surface area of 2,000m2 and with total capacity of 26 million corks per month, the factory has been designed to host clients and showcase all of the finishing stages on site. This is a wonderful success for the Diam brand in Latin America, with its continued growth and further bolstering our image with oenologists in this region of the world thanks to a precious partner who has now been working by our side for nearly 15 years!
