The Sommeliers Association of Castilla y León is launching this year, and for the first time in Spain, a series of Technical Sommelier Days. The aim of this initiative is the continued training of the sommeliers in the Valladolid region and all of Spain focusing on the wines of the region and wines on the international market.
As sommeliers are important partners for our company, Diam Bouchage wanted to be present for the first meeting in Valladolid alongside the Oenologists Association of Ribera del Duero, well-known for the quality of its wines.
A tasting of DIAM corked French wines was presented by Antonio Palacios, tasting professor at the University of Rioja, to the hundred participants present.
