The workshop, organised in Bordeaux by the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences of the University of Bordeaux*, in partnership with Oeneo; an international group at the service of wine and spirit producers, brought together experts and professionals on the subject of: Wine, Reputation and Sustainable Consumption.
For the first time, both wine professionals and academic researchers attended a conference concerning the issues of reputation and the consumption of wine.
The analyses made by the participants offered solutions to gaining a better understanding of the mechanisms of reputation and demand. The varied approaches and viewpoints helped to better decipher the issues surrounding those questions that have become a matter of strategy.
The construction and preservation of the reputation of the wines were at the heart of the morning session, followed in the afternoon by the analysis of demand and the role of marketing and distribution of wines.
By supporting this event, the Oeneo group continues its efforts in favour of innovation. Oeneo positions itself once again alongside those who are advancing wine knowledge by supporting ambitious initiatives to nurture research, guide wine- growers and educate consumers. An essential approach that the group is developing every day by designing and manufacturing innovative and high-end solutions – #Vivelys #Seguin Moreau #Diam Bouchage #Piedade.
