Following the success of the first webinar session organised with Mon Viti, we again co-hosted a second online workshop with Vivelys on the 11th of March. Laurent Fargeton (Vivelys expert) and Alexandre Pons (Diam expert) discussed the topic: From vinification to bottle ageing, what is the impact of a controlled oxygen supply?
Stéphanie Rollero (head of research projects at Vivelys) and Christophe Loisel (director of R&D and oenology at Diam) were both invited as experts to talk about the ‘role of oxygen in relation to the characteristics of white wines’.
