Once again, a panel of renowned speakers (Giovanni Balistreri from Russian River Vineyards, Jason Plutz and Emily Wines from Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants) were present to share their marketing experiences and observed trends. This year also saw the intervention of Christophe Loisel, director of R&D at Diam, who presented the results of certain scientific studies carried out by Diam Bouchage, in particular those concerning oxygen transmission rates that will be the subject of technical publications this year.
The traditional blind tasting led by event host Master Sommelier Evan Goldstein was oriented towards wines of the world. A unique opportunity for our guests to taste French, Greek, Argentinean and American wines… Diam sealed obviously!
