Full Circle Beverage Conference

As in previous years Diam Bouchage had the pleasure to participate in the Beverage Conference, with Covid-19 restrictions in place this edition was evidently digital. 
The BevConv, organised by the Full Circle Agency in the United States, is a seminar held over several days and is exclusively aimed at wine buyers from the mass distribution sector, sommeliers, and specialist journalists. 

At this event, we presented a conference entitled ‘Oxygen & Bottle Aging: OTR vs OIR - What’s the Difference?’ during which we invited three of our clients to present their wines. 

Olivier Bernard (Domaine de Chevalier), Romain Taupenot (Domaine Taupenot Merme) and Jason Lett (The Eyrie Vineyards) were able to exchange with the hundred or so people connected live on oxygen-related oenological choices.
 
And, of course, the subject of sealing was centre stage!
