Dimitri Tixador, Permeability project lead from the Diam Bouchage R&D department, presented the results of the study undertaken on white wines, led with ISVV, on oxygen transfers live on video from France. Clients in Argentina, Chile and Brazil were present for this first ever webinar expertly organised by our local distributor Altasur.
Around 120 wine producers were online for this 1 hour 30-minute technical conference during which the OIR (Oxygen Initial Release) and OTR (Oxygen Transfer Rate) concepts were presented, along with the impact of stoppers on maturity of wines in bottles.
A host of questions fuelled technical discussions, very much enjoyed by all participants!
